CDRC enter teams for all disciplines at all levels. Mercian Teams caters for those competing at Walk and Trot to Novice level dressage and 2’3″ to 2’9″ jumping. Speak to Pip Wilson if you think you may be interested in competing for CDRC in a relaxed environment.
Over the last few years BRC Area level team events have become more and more competitive. CDRC have qualified and competed at the National Championships in show jumping, eventing, novice and open dressage, dressage to music and festival of the hunter (showing and XC/SJ eventer challenge) and have obtained individual national champion titles (2011 – Fe Moore and Linda Delahooke’s horse Arthur won the national title in the Eventer Challenge) and team titles (2010 – Novice dressage national team champion). CDRC have also competed in the Blenheim Eventer Challenge for riding clubs, a testing competition for the bravest of members.
