22nd October is the date set for the CDRC AGM at Elmstone Hardwicke Village Hall. It features a quick round-up of the year's events with the Chairman's and Treasurers Reports, as well as a fantastic supper.

Several committee positions are becoming available this year - Nichole Baker has decided that the time has come to stand down as Treasurer, not for any other reason than she has done 10 years in various capacities on the committee. Jennie & Geof Robins have also given their resignation.

Proposed changes to the Committee are as follows

STANDING DOWN
Noel Ennett to stand down as Chair but remain on the committee
Di Cook to stand down as Show Jumping Team Manager but remain on the committee

Nichole Baker to stand down as Treasurer and come off committee
Jo Elliot to come off committee
Geof Robins & Jennie Robins to come off committee

STAYING
Michelle Holder- taking over as Show Jumping Team Manager
Sian Evans - to remain as Hunter Trials Team Manager
Megan Morgan – to remain as ODE Team Manager and Membership Secretary
Beckie Northover - to remain as Dressage Team Manager
Nicola Norfolk - to remain as Secretary, Newsletter Editor & Website Manager
